Joe Morrison is an Investment Sales Analyst on CBRE’s National Retail Partners – Southeast team. The NRP is the leading retail investment sales team in the country, backed by the most powerful retail and capital markets platforms in the world. The NRP’s local expertise, deep market knowledge and collaborative network allow them to deliver exceptional property sale outcomes and drive real value for their clients from coast to coast. Over the past five years, The NRP was responsible for more than $20 billion in retail investment sales.
Based in Atlanta, Mr. Morrison focuses exclusively on leading the financial underwriting and marketing production for shopping center sale executions throughout Alabama, Georgia, the Carolinas, Tennessee and beyond. Since joining CBRE in 2020, Joe has been involved in nearly $4 billion in institutional-grade retail investment sales and has experience in portfolio and single asset transactions. In addition to leading the underwriting, Joe also oversees due diligence and market analysis for the NRP - Southeast team.
